Conditions
* Phone cards for the cell phone will be billed.
* Report on state of apartment and inventory on initiation and termination of rental.
* A down payment of 50% of the total rental period will be required upon reservation, with the rest to be paid prior to receipt of keys at the start of the rental period.
* A €500 deposit will be required upon the guests’ arrival and will be returned to the renter upon termination of the rental, for rentals of more than 30 days. |
